If you take the large ones put pizza sauce I recommend adding a tablespoon of Italian seasoning to the jar and stir well. I put about a half a spoonful of sauce per cracker in the middle. And then placed either pickled jalapeños pepperoni or pre-cooked sausage or any combination of the above. And sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Place in preheated oven at 400° for two minutes. Switch to broil and watching closely as corners of crackers we will brown quickly take out before the crackers burn cheese should be browned on top.
