My feet not hurting

I am right there with you!!! Just recently I have been having so much pain in my feet. I have tried inserts, new shoes, tying them differently, nothing works. I can't wait for them to stop hurting.

Yep, I agree.
I stand alot at work and my feet can't handle it.
Human bodies were not meant to support my current weight.
My feet cannot handle 420 pounds.
I feel like a bone may have actually fractured [emoji22][emoji22][emoji22][emoji22]

Wearing pant/jeans again.

not having to wear the floaty tops to hide my stomach (nothing hides it)

feeling comfortable in my own skin instead of being embarrassed by my size constantly. Not hating every single picture of me. Not untagging myself from every event I go to because I don't want what I look like to be on my Facebook page.

Not being controlled by my grumbling stomach constantly! Just to mention a few.

Also I know it may sound pathetic but I'm looking forward to compliments. Enjoying my body again. Wanting to make an effort, dress nicely and put on make up again.

Looking in the mirror and not feeling horrible about myself. I had the lapband done in 2013 and lost 80 pounds, I remember the feeling of confidence and feeling good about myself. After having my daughter and putting back on almost 100 pounds i finally decided to get the sleeve done in june. I cant wait to feel good about myself !!! Im getting married in a year and I want to enjoy wedding dress shopping! I also want to do a boudoir photoshoot !

I want to feel comfortable in my own body. I want to feel energized and up to do anything. I want to be able to be there for my daughters. One is 21 and the other is 19. I want to be around to see them get married and have grand babies I can spoil.
Most of all I want to be healthy again and happy.

The clothes... I have so much clothes waiting for me...

Having the energy to get up at 530am to work out like I used to.

Not being so darn sweaty.

Feeling comfortable to start dating again.

Not feeling my belly on my thighs when I sit >.<

Having one chin. That would be nice.

I will look forward to not having to ask for the extended belt on a plane.

Not Feeling like I'm always the fat girl in the room.

Not paying extra for bigger size clothes.

The steering wheel not hitting my stomach while driving.

The sweat that forms between my double chin and my chest to stop.

The chafing going away for good between my legs.

More energy, keeping up with kids, having my family see me thinner and healthier, and I really just want to be healthier and a good role model for my kids.

The feet, back, hip, and shoulder pain to go away.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
