Redmaxx 740 Posted April 18, 2017 So, I stopped taking the elevator at work and started taking the stairs. I work on the 8th floor so I walk up and down 8 flights of stairs 4 to 5 times a day 3 to 4 days a week. I work from home on Mondays so I can't do it on Mondays and I am off every other Friday so I can't do it then. Before my RNY surgery I felt like I was going to puke my lungs up on anything past the 4th flight of stairs. Now I can do 8 flights with being just a little out of breath. I love my pouch. 8 Kris_Aloha, Newme17, sammy246 and 5 others reacted to this
Sleeve1stFitNext 924 Posted April 18, 2017 Thats amazing, My job is on the second floor, however you have to walk up 4 flights before you make it to the second floor. I will walk up and down as well. I figured since I have to wait for approval for the gym, why not get the exercise in when you can. 1 Redmaxx reacted to this
