Pescador 1,374 Posted April 13, 2017 Most of us have been there. You just deal with it. I would kill to go back to that stage where I was not hungry. A shake, a boiled egg, I was satisfied. Four years later you will be complaining because your weight loss has stopped. Please try to just relax, enjoy the restriction, and get a hobby. Walk. Work in the garden. Forget the food. mylighthouse 782 Posted April 13, 2017 (edited) Go visit theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com She is a former WLS patient who has done a great job with her website and she has lots of recipes/ideas for the pureed stage including a great ricotta (or cottage cheese) bake that is quick and easy to make.
