My Doctor's say the week 3 stall isn't real...

And, I think the doctor is being nasty. I hope you can find someone whose more sensitive to your needs.

Thank you for being so kind it really helped me a lot! Looks like I might be back to losing at least a little bit now so I hope it keeps up. As for the doctor I can't always tell if she is mean or frank and thats what got me worried.
