soccermom2 27 Posted April 12, 2017 I've tried Premier Protein shakes and GENEPRO powder. I can't stand the taste premier and could even taste genepro though it's supposed to be tasteless. More than that they both made me so sick. Nausea and a burning pain in my stomach for the rest of the day after just a little bit of them.Anybody else have this issue? I'm nervous about getting enough Protein in after surgery if I don't find something that's easier on my stomach.
TTrisha 56 Posted April 12, 2017 I used to drink Premier Protein shakes but I developed an allergy to them. I switched to Slim Fast Optima; it's the one with 25 grams of Protein, almost no sugars and no carbs. I have been liking and tolerating it well. 1 soccermom2 reacted to this
glitter eyes 1,398 Posted April 12, 2017 I am almost three years post op and still occasionally drink Protein Shakes. I have tried so many brands and flavors. My all time favorite is called Inspire. They are extremely low carb and the flavors are tasty yet mild. They come in a powder, but are so easy to use I mix. Yon have even mix them in a shaker bottle with ease and no clumps. 1 soccermom2 reacted to this
