ambergene 12 Posted April 12, 2017 Hi everyone! I just started my pre surgery diet today.. I had to purchase food from where I am having my surgery done, and I hate it all. Sleevequeen80 2 Posted April 12, 2017 I would usually blend my shake with ice to make it thick..... for my liquid diet i used premier protein... chocolate and vanilla. I am trying super hard. But the smell of it makes me sick. And I am worried if I don't eat what I am suppose to eat (such as I don't eat all of what they gave me) I wont lose the weight and my body would gain weight for some reason. GoddessMoon 108 Posted April 12, 2017 I am on my diet for a month, so end of April I will see if I can get my date. My diet isn't so bad. It is lean meats and raw veggies and only 2 Protein Shakes for Breakfast and lunch. I am allowed Snacks like nuts, sugerfree Jello and greek yogurt.
