ShilohD 70 Posted April 11, 2017 I don't understand why... I started taking my bariatric Vitamins over 2 months before surgery and they were no big deal. Never bothered me. Now, surgery was March 6th, and ever since... I have to take the pills WITH FOOD... and even then EVERY SINGLE TIME, I get nauseated... what the hell??? 1 BostonGary reacted to this

You don't need to take them in the morning. Try taking them before bedtime. The other thing to do? Switch to gummies for most of them -- this is what I take now, they seem to not have that "pill" effect when you eat them where nausea can be an issue. ShilohD 70 Posted April 11, 2017 I have to take them 3 x a day, with each meal. They told me to split them up and not take them all together because our bodies can only process so much at a time
ShilohD 70 Posted April 11, 2017 And I was also told to NOT take gummies... :-(
