Im looking for a blender/extractor for veggies and fruit. I have heard of the Nutribullet, Ninja, Magic Bullet.....I want something that leaves no pulp leftovers and liquifies everything. Does anyone have any good suggestions for one that they have personal experience with? Not too pricey please!

I have the magic bullet and it is amazing for its price and size. I used it to puree foods and for making smoothies. For the price, I feel you can go wrong with the magic bullet. I also have a Ninja blending system that is fantastic but is more expensive.

I also have a Magic Bullet and it's awesome. I do Protein Shakes with frozen strawberries and fresh spinach. Blends it up nice smooth even two years later. Mine also has an attachment that makes it a mini blender. I use this to purée tomatoes for a healthy chili recipe I have. It's way more convenient that dragging out and cleaning the full food processor.

The Nutra bullet is a great product for the money. Around the $99 range, you can make all kinds of good for you green drinks and fruit smoothies with Protein. I highly recommend it. The magic bullet is really more for things like mixed alcoholic beverages.< /p>

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
