So I'm exactly 4 months post-op and I dropped 50 lbs. I went from 265 to 215. I've being going up and down (2-3 up, 2-3 down). It's frustrating!! So I finally decided to start Insanity (after 5 years of tried twice, never made it after the second week) and I am feeling better but...... I'm now on my third week of Insanity and I haven't drop any pound. Is there anyone having similar issues??

Insanity is the Shaun T's workout video (really insane) but I think is a good workout but no changes on the scale at all

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
