Jesm1029 101 Posted April 5, 2017 Ouch sounds like my cravings lol but I didn't give in to them at all for at least 4 months post to scared and to motivated to lose. You can eat sugar free pops it might settle the craving a little. When you get further ahead I make a hot chocolate that I got addicted to, it's Water unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened coco powder and splenda top it off with a small amount of fat free ready whip.
