Cheryl Denk 13 Posted April 11, 2017 Personally, I view this process in the same regards as a recovering alcoholic or drug addict. I don't think you should date or jump into a relationship until you are at least a year removed from surgery. You change as a person and aren't even sure who you are becoming for some time. Once you learn who you are and love yourself for it and all that you have been through, then you can let someone else in and you will figure out how to respond to them as you go. Why try and predict and worry about the future when it isn't here yet? One step at a time. This surgery doesn't just change what you eat. It affects every aspect of your life. Do not take it lightly. 3 OutsideMatchInside, BigDaddy13 and Shannon Proctor reacted to this

sgc 538 Posted April 14, 2017 I know fake Match.com profiles were discussed here and I'm having a hard time determining if one is fake. The red flag is that she says in her profile to contact her by email. Unlike other profiles, she has a bit lengthy profile that seems legit. She has 3 pics with other people in them. She's attractive but it's not like model shots. She's 26 and looking for men 23-35 which seems reasonable. The fake ones usually look for ones 20-60. I guess I could email her and see. Obviously I won't give money or anything. 1 jersey0601 reacted to this
SassyScienceNerd 213 Posted May 15, 2017 I totally relate to the issue of having someone love me for what's inside... I'm not to my goal weight yet, but the last ~50 lbs dropping off has increased the attention I get from men. I just keep telling myself that if he's only into me for looks, his inner a**hole will reveal itself eventually. I'm being careful not to jump into anything too fast. I need to give them time for their crazy to come out. 1 Hoping052017 reacted to this
sgc 538 Posted May 16, 2017 How are we suppose to notice women on the inside if we don't notice them on the outside first?

Or better yet, notice them as a fast food menu of personal traits on a dating website.
