sugar free pudding is part of the full liquid stage so if your Dr/Nut has you scheduled to be on full liquids right now then go for it. My Dr had me on full liquids 3 days post op

I tried sf pudding yesterdayand threw it out after the 3rd bite! For whatever reason it grossed me out and I just knew that I couldn't have another bite.
