I am about 8 weeks post op. I did really well the first 5 weeks or so. Now I'm stuck. according to the scale today I gained 2 pounds. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help me?

I am 8 weeks out as well and I seen about a 2 pound increase as well not sure where that was coming from :/ I'm hoping it's just our bodies getting use to it!

It's normal to go through stalls and fluctuations. Don't worry about it just keep following the plan.
