Dashofpixiedust8 1,469 Posted March 29, 2017 I had a great feeling today.I went for a walk with my parents in my neighborhood and I haven't really walked around the neighborhood in a long time. It brought back memories from over a year ago when I couldn't even walk one small flat block. Now I'm walking around multiple blocks and up and down hills. Without getting even a little out of breath. It was a great reminder of where I started and how far I've come. 8 char3672, Christina.Rose, The New Kel and 5 others reacted to this

tobhappy&healthy 50 Posted April 26, 2017 It means non-scale victory.. for example 1 of my nsv was being able to cross my legs again! Take the time to appreciate those things 1 Dashofpixiedust8 reacted to this

Torriluv87 300 Posted April 26, 2017 Walking up a hill was a huge nsv for me. And i didn't realize i did it until my boyfriend bought it up after we walked up it. He said "you just walked up hill and didn't complain once. You are usually throwing a fit before we even get to it." But truth be told i didn't even notice. I wasn't even winded. It's a beautiful feeling isn't it? lolSent from my SM-G925T using BariatricPal mobile app 1 Dashofpixiedust8 reacted to this
