@Sleeveforme2017 You only gained .4 of an ounce. I wouldn't call that a gain!! Your body could just be retaining Water. Make sure you are extra hydrated since you are exercising now.

167.4 [emoji30][emoji47]. I keep sliding. I'll low carb during the day but then get weak and get a slushy from the corner store and been eating banana pudding help! I feel like I'm never gonna get to goal![emoji21]
