I think I hit another stall. Things are moving slow. Sorry I forgot to post last Friday. Stepped up the workouts this week to try to break out of the 180s!

My weigh in this week is 277.6!!! I BEAT my adjusted challenge goal of 280, my original goal was 285!! I will make my new goal for the challenge 270!!

At 270 I will be exactly HALF of who I was 10/29/15
