Coah 37 Posted March 29, 2017 As I am on my surgery eve I think about what I've learned by starving. For two weeks I've been taking in far fewer calories than I burn. My sense of smell is heightened, I'm lightheaded, fatigued, and because my hormones are flooding I am sad and introspective.I think,"What a luxury it is to choose to starve."Through this process I think of people who have no choice and here my body has grown due to my careless disregard of abundance. How amazingly blessed I've been. 4 mochamommy727, queendeborahbee, linasg and 1 other reacted to this
linasg 26 Posted March 29, 2017 That's a good attitude to have. Gratitude for abundance. Good luck on your journey! I had mine on 25 March and am now pain free and weight tumbling down already. Don't know why I waited so long. So glad I've done this. After the first day of pain & discomfort, you'll be too! Sending you lots of positive healing thoughts. 3 mochamommy727, queendeborahbee and Kristi L reacted to this
