Try crushing them in a homemade smoothie. That's what I do and it seems to work well for me.

I take only chewy Bariatric Advantage and they never make me feel sick. I tried an Iron pill because I ran out by someone else and didn't like it so only using Bariatric Advantage. I have 6 alarms set on my phone (2 multi's, 2 calciums, & 2 irons) and I take them immediately to stay on track daily.
