dmelectrician 9 Posted March 29, 2017 Probably dehydration or low Iron. I had the same thing, they gave me iron supplements and I make sure to keep up with my Water. Feeling allot better now after taking the supplements.Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
rush1958 53 Posted March 29, 2017 I have that too. At my two month check-up I was asked if it was happening. They said it was pretty common. I was told it would probably continue until I stopped losing weight. They kind of alluded to the fact that there wasn't the body weight volume to sustain the blood pressure to your brain like you're used to. They said that until the body weight stabilizes I'd have to put up with the inconvenience.
EmmyJ 184 Posted March 29, 2017 I have this problem occasionally. It's sometimes fixed by drinking more, sometimes just has to pass on its own :/
linasg 26 Posted March 29, 2017 Add more Water to your diet. This is almost always caused by dehydration. Also check your Vitamin intake with your NUT and see that you are supplementing adequately. The constant sip sip sip will help you with your dizziness. Good luck! Wishing you dizzy free days ahead!
lexyface4 1 Posted March 29, 2017 You need more Protein ! I had the same problem so I called my dr and he told me to do more protein and make sure I'm eating enough ! It worked !!
GrrlAnn 177 Posted March 29, 2017 I had the same problem and was meeting my Water goals. My nut told me to increase Protein and sodium. I am pretty sure it was the sodium for me. I never would have thought too little salt was a bad thing.
