I'm having surgery at AOL bariatrics in Tijuana on April 8! I fly in on the 7th and leave the 11th

Have you started your preop diet? I've been on for a week now. Much harder than I thought. Not the food so much but giving up coffee has been a struggle. Also I would love a glass of wine!

I have been on the pre op diet for over a week. This second week is easier than the first. But I'm dying. I'm not physically hungry anymore. But I'm tired.
