pochola1969 9 Posted March 27, 2017 I'm at the point where I need to decide if I'm getting the sleeve or the Roux and Y. I started with the sleeve in mind but now I don't know. 1 Rosalc reacted to this
Rosalc 4 Posted March 27, 2017 My addiction to food is what made me regret having the surgery. I'm just a week post op and I feel great. I'm happy. Eating my little Soups and popsicles. It's a mental battle of mind over matter. I started phase 2 where I can have fuller liquids. Made me some brown sugar cream of wheat 😐 I ate 2-3 spoonfuls and I was out. I felt like I just ate a 12oz ribeye with a loaded potato. I made a great decision for ME & my kids just my inner fat girl is screaming Whyyyyyyyy?! Wish you the best ❤️ 4 Ldyvenus, nany310, Newbeva and 1 other reacted to this

Walter.Sobchak 978 Posted March 27, 2017 I am working towards the gastric sleeve. Target date of August. I would not want bypass or lap band. 1 Seahawks Fan reacted to this
MowryRocks 679 Posted March 27, 2017 I had the sleeve 5 months ago and it was the best decision ever, No regrets. No looking back. 2 Newbeva and Seahawks Fan reacted to this
Middus 491 Posted March 27, 2017 Zero regrets whatsoever.. Even when I couldn't eat some foods.. Even now, at almost 4 months post op, and not being able to tolerate strawberry flavoured food items (which was the only thing I could tolerate pre-op) 2 Seahawks Fan and MowryRocks reacted to this
painter88 101 Posted March 28, 2017 Nope. Love's every minute. Where in the world can you lose 50 LBS. in 2 months?
shawnak911 60 Posted March 28, 2017 I had the bypass on 2/15. No meds once I left the hospital and have followed the plan and I have no regrets. Everyone I've met through my program and support groups have loved whichever surgery they had. Only regrets have been not getting it sooner. Good luck, happy journey. 2 Diana Prince and Seahawks Fan reacted to this
