I really like the Celebrate calcium citrate Chews (chocolate) and the Celebrate Multivitamin Soft Chews (Orange). They taste great and meet my Calcium, D3, and Multi-Vitamin needs.

optisource Post Bariatric Surgery chewable multi Vitamin with calcium citrate, Iron, and minerals. Citrus flavor. They are a bit chalky but flavor is pretty good and it is for Bariatric pts specifically. I have not had any nausea from them.

I'm a week out from my RNY and I'm using BariMelts they have Calcium and B12 and a multi Vitamin. Calcium is the only one I have to take 3x a day. I could not find Iron but that's a small pill any was and I have been taking that a bed time.

Could anyone please give me a suggestion? I'm in need of a GOOD chewable Multivitamin that doesn't cause much nausea. I've been on the Wellesse liquid but it does not have a wide variety of nutrients in it when compared to bariatric chewables. Anyone have a good one with no nausea?

In taking the vitamints, you can get them anywhere. I'm doing the berry kind & they aren't bad at all
