Jenny Craig

I was banded in March and I'm not having much success. Has anyone ever gone on Jenny Craig or some other weight loss program after they

have been banded to help them out?

hi sherri,

when my weight loss stalled.... i beefed up exercise to 4-5 days a week. it really started me on the road to losing.

that with the traditional "lap band meal plan" of 3 meals a day-Protein first really works for me.

the exercise also helped me to stop eating junk.

i dont know much about jenny craig

Right now I follow Weight Watchers points while I wait for a fill, but I hope that with restriction I won't feel the need to follow a program. However, you should do whatever works for you. If Jenny Craig helps you control your meals, go for it. Make sure you get your Protein. ;)

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
