Yucky Days

I'm 9 days post op from my sleeve surgery. Today I woke up not feeling great. Feel a little light headed, hard to explain, I just fell off...anyone have days like this shortly after surgery? Oh, even my multi Vitamin made me feel nauseous.

I'm 9 days post op as well. I'm having a hard time getting those fluids in. I've been giving 2 liters of I.V. fluids since surgery...ehich really helped with fatigue. The B12 & B1 shots helped with my energy. I don't feel 100%...more like 40%....BE CAREFUL with feeling light headed maybe a sign of dehydration. Along with sleeve surgery, I had hiatal hernia repair & scar tissue removal...so, this could be the source of my added soreness. I think we have a few more "yucky" days ahead of us.....I can't wait to feel like myself again. I hope you feel better soon...We're gonna be looking beautiful when all this passes....but, damn it's not an easy road to travel!

I'm 13 days post op and also had a hiatal hernia and scar tissue removal (lap band revision to sleeve) and can relate to your experience. Each day seems to bring improvements, small or big, so I'm glad about that.

It could be a simple matter of dehydration. Have you tried Gatorade zero or smart Water to help?
