shelleys goal 23 Posted March 26, 2017 Hi ALL:) I am 9 months out and have lost 99 lbs!!! My question is I have hit a stall at 177 lbs. (down from 275). I'm looking at what I'm eating and wondering if I may be eating too many carbs. For example, I do eat a couple handfuls of pretzels like every other day, and sometimes a piece of toast. Mainly though my diet consists of veggies and fruit, string cheese, and deli slices, greek yogurt, light Soups. Any ideas?
