Feeling tired and weak

I am 15 month post op and have had 5bowel obstruction surgury. My last one was march 2, 2017 and I haven't been myself. I been more tired and feel like no desire of anything and also been home from work for almost a month. I go back to work on Wednesday. Is this normal? Has anyone ever felt weak or like tired a lot? Any suggestions? I started taking my Vitamins.
