smcclintock 0 Posted March 25, 2017 I'm almost 2 years out. I've been at a stand still for a long time. I really want to lose more weight.
Sherrie Scharbrough 311 Posted March 25, 2017 One thing that will help is go back to your basics. Make sure you get in enough Protein and your Water. Also maybe up your exercise. I am 3 and 1/2 years out so I know it gets harder to lose weight after we get further out there. There is a 5-day reset on line. I think you can look it up on line. Good Luck 2 Julie norton and Pazza reacted to this

kempermorris 144 Posted March 28, 2017 I'm 2 years out & need to lose 30 more. I'm just going to stick with it. Exercise is key for me
Pazza 199 Posted March 28, 2017 Only a year out myself, so I just want to say way to keep on keeping on!!What activity/exercise have you tried? Ask to specifically ask what you have liked and not liked. Exercise is supposedly key in the long run, so I was curious about what you like to do. If you haven't found something you like yet, that is ok too. I have tried a few different things and I could suggest based on what you like.

BigUtahMan 207 Posted April 7, 2017 A lot of my eating was influenced by my cravings and addiction s. When I went completely off carbs for a month those disappeared. Much easier to manage the food you eat, when cravings aren't dictating every thought. Food is losing its importance in my life, which I absolutely love. I am free from it not being a constant focus whether I eat or not. 1 blondie66 reacted to this
