I currently wear a large in tops as long as the material has some give to it. I also have a problem due to my bust size. My arms measure 17 1/2 inches and my bra size is a 38G. My next procedure is a reduction and lift.

Not sure what my current weight is. I'll weigh on Tuesday. Hoping to have lost a couple more pounds.

I'm a 36G. I don't have an issue with most tops, I usually buy mediums. My arms measure 14.5 but they look like yours.

I want a lift but not a reduction, large breasts are pretty normal in my family, mine don't bother me and I would like to keep them.

Thanks for responding

I've wanted a breast reduction since I was in high school. Can't wait till that one is done too.

It is done! I already feel like a different person. I will take some pictures in a few days. Not sure how much tissue he removed. I don't even remember him coming into my room after let alone what he said. lol. I'll ask him at my first post op appointment.

All in all I'm feeling really good! Haven't taken any more pain meds since last night.

I went in for my post op and saw my new arms for the first time. I love them! What a difference! I will try and get some pictures this evening. My doctor took the drains out and cleared me to go back to work when I want. So happy right now!

Awesome!! I hope I don't need that surgery, but at least it's nice to know there are success stories and it's not too bad...just in case.

I actually have very little pain. More discomfort. I'm surprised how easy it's been so far!

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
