So im on liquids for the next 2 weeks (preop) and ive had my Protein for the day but not near enough calories... What do you recommend i have?

Our bodies have enough calories stored. If youre only allowed liquids, you can try Fairlife milk to add calories, it also has a good amount of Protein. What about some broth. If you want something other than liquids, eat sf popsicles, at least its not just liquid, but is considered fluids.
