The last few times I've eaten almost immediately feel like I ate glass. I also have had a strange pain that comes and goes all day under my right shoulder blade/upper back. Not sure if they are related. The stomach pain is not severe, I'm not crying yet but don't really want to breathe. Any ideas?

I would get to a doctor ASAP. The shoulder and back pain could be related to your heart.

I agree. Have someone drive you to the ER or call 911. I would NOT drive myself.
