PigsRFlying 0 Posted October 6, 2007 I want to hit the pool twice a day. Once in the am before work and once in the evening to relieve the stress from work! This year is extremely stressful and I have done nothing different from last to correct it so I will this month. I would love to lose about 15 this month. salsa1877 10 Posted October 8, 2007 Whew. I finally feel up to jogging and weights, but I can't do 45 minutes like I had originally hoped. Made it 30 minutes tonight. I do circuit training with weights and jogging on the treadmill. Kind of like my own home version of Curves. I just can't do it longer than 30 minutes right now. But it is an intense 30 minutes. Band Chick 3 Posted October 8, 2007 I went to Water aerobics for an hour last Friday and this morning. I can feel my muscles but am not as tired and sore after class as I used to get (last Spring).
