MaHaBone 18 Posted March 25, 2017 I started nibbling on apple slices and baby carrots fairly soon, maybe 3-4 weeks post. Albeit very slowly and carefully. Peppers and onions too, finely sliced. I had a couple Kale chips before dinner the other night- which pretty much meant I wasn't having dinner. They filled my up for hours. 1 BellaNon reacted to this
bostonmama 135 Posted March 31, 2017 There are a few fruits and soft cooked veggies (carrots) early on the menu. I couldn't try something like a salad until at least week 9.
Donna1017 5 Posted April 6, 2017 I tried watermelon, pickles, and artichoke at 3 weeks. I had a very tiny bit of salad the other night, and didn't have any problems. I also started with steamed veggies around 3.5 weeks. I had a tangerine the day also. I was afraid it might have too much sugar in it but it tasted so good, and went down fine. 1 3boysmama reacted to this
Meryline 546 Posted April 6, 2017 4 days for me. My program has you on solids by day 4. It has to be chewed down to puree, but as long as it has no seeds, and skin free, I can eat it. 1 BellaNon reacted to this
