dssy 3 Posted April 23, 2017 I know that feeling, I'm 12 days post-op and three days ago I was questioning myself, why did I did this? I was more concentrated on my scale than my recovery, feeling frustrated because I haven't lose weight in 4 days, but Believe me, always it's good to talk, I have a angel that always there to help me out when I need it. Now I'm just gonna use the scale once a week, and also gonna focus myself and do this the healthy way. BTW I'm 11lbs down. dssy 3 Posted April 23, 2017 I can sooooo relate to all this!!! I'm 13 days out and having the hardest time getting any Protein or all my fluids in. Been soooo depressed and doing nothing but sleeping. Today has been great so for I forced myself to eat some potato Soup today which actually felt great. But the sweet stuff like shakes get me sooo nauseous. However I am still loosing down 20lbs. Just wish I could get it together so I have more energy and feel better.
