I'm also just about to get my measurements done by our fitness center here at work. They have my measurements from over a year ago. Should be really interesting. Spin class tonight. First week I start with 2 spin classes a week

jmarruda 22 Posted October 30, 2007 In total I've lost 21.5 inches all over my bod..hehe..funny how one leg lost more than the other..LOL..go figure HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!:whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo::whoo: That is awesome! I often think to myself, if I didn't exercise I probably could have lost more poundage by now, but when I got my 2 month numbers back, I know that I look smaller now than if the weight had come off the scale. Its unbelievable!!! Great job Di, you are totally kicking butt!!!
TexasFire 84 Posted October 31, 2007 Wow, y'all are doing so well! I can't wait until the 15th when I measure again. Today was two and a half hours at the gym. 240 crunches then a full leg workout. Good lord...I read it, it's true...as a beginner, you are supposed to be able to leg press your own body weight, plus or minus 15%, to start off! So last week when I was dying with 130 pounds was I guess WUSS TIME. Today I did 180 pounds...turning red, grunting, huffing and puffing! I must've been a sight! But I did it! Six sets of twelve reps with feet together and six sets of twelve reps with feet apart...that last one hurts. Then on to all the other leg excercises we do. This should be good for my cycling, though, which I need...I'm s-l-o-w!
