I Feel Great, But I Know That I Will Be Sore Tomorrow. I Want To Be Down To 190 By The End Of This Month. I Am Currently At 197. Mm Put Me Down For 1600 Minutes. mrsking 0 Posted October 2, 2007 WOW Stephanie!!!!!!!! 2200 minutes I was banded on Aug. 31st and have been back at the gym for the last 2 weeks. Today I started a bootcamp 2 days a week. I can't believe how bad a mile kicked my butt. Anyways, I will start my first challenge with 1000 minutes and can only aspire to be like Stephanie and her 2200. You go girl. TexasFire 84 Posted October 2, 2007 OH, BABY! I LOVE THE EXCITEMENT IN HERE NOW! I may have to reevaluate my goal. I pulled two muscles...one in lower right back and the other is the left obliques. (Those freakin' reverse crunches did the obliques in!) I'll know more in a couple days. This has happened before...hurt like hell on my right obliques...but I pushed through and the excercise worked the soreness out within a few days. This time it hurts worse, though. We will see! I am not liking the speed at which my scale is dropping. But my clothes are getting looser, which is awesome! And when I was driving today I noticed my arm looked weird. What was it? MY TRICEPS! Woo-Hoo! I am LOVING that part! I'm so tempted to take my measurements, but I will wait until the 15th of the month, per plan. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
