Some people can only take a couple of bites and start to feel full, but i was able to eat 3-4oz when i started soft foods at 2weeks. remember to eat slow and i still chew everything pretty much to a puree consistency at 6 wks out Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

When I read people losing 10 pounds a week and look at my numbers, it makes me kinda sad. You will have high months and very low months in regards to scale numbers.
