SandyA 1 Posted March 20, 2017 I was successful for my loosing period of about 1 year. I lost 100 lbs. I was so thrilled. I fell back I to eating incorrectly and am having problems getting the 30 lbs I have since gained back. Depression is setting in. I had total knee replacement 3 months ago and was very limited in moving. Now I'm ready to get back in the pool but still can't get on the stick. I haven't been able to find a support group in SC like I had access to in DE. I'm so upset at myself for going from a size 12 to a tight 16. If someone can help me work through this bad period and get me motivated to do right again I'll always be grateful.
Deactivatedfatgal 377 Posted March 20, 2017 I think the first thing is to start tracking what you eat again! Many people have relapses so don't beat yourself up to much, you have already made such great stride don't give up 1 SandyA reacted to this
Proud2BMe 1,016 Posted March 20, 2017 1. Own your mistake. 2. Forgive yourself. 3. Get back on the wagon. If you have to, go back to your pre-op diet for 2 weeks and then work yourself through the entire process again. You have to motivate yourself and learn to depend upon yourself. People are going to let your down and people can't be there for you 24/7. As long as you become your own rock then you will naturally attract and be attracted to the right people to share this journey with. 5 Ldyvenus, andyzen, BigViffer and 2 others reacted to this
