Sherrie Scharbrough 311 Posted March 19, 2017 I would check all of youyr calories, fat, and mostly your Protein to make sure you are getting everything in. Up your exercise and make sure you are getting everything in. It can be real disapointing to be at a stall. How far out are you? I hear lots of people have a stall around 3 weeks for sure.
