Change "After" picture?

OK, I must be getting older and becoming a luddite because I cannot for the life of me figure out how to change my Before/After pictures. Can someone clue me in please?

Yeah I tried to update to post-op but could not figure it out.

@BigViffer You can change your before/after photos by going to Patients -> My Surgery and then clicking on the Photos link...or just Click Here :-)

@Bon Appetit You can change your surgery status by going to Patients -> My Surgery...or just Click Here :-) It should be the second drop down on that page.

Thank you for pointing me in that direction. I never would have thought to look anywhere other than my profile page.
