How many are able to overcome cravings. What do you do to get past it. I'm not hungry but I constantly think of food and feel like I NEED something in my mouth all the time. I know this is my problem and I can't seem to find the willpower to get through it. TIA[emoji4]

Drinking Water helps. Use crystal light if something similar. Gives you different flavors.

I found light mozzarella sticks help and diet Snapple and Zero calorie pop cycles !
