deflationinprogress 17 Posted March 17, 2017 It gets easier. After day 2 I was fine. I'm on day 8 today! My favorite is premier chocolate with PB2 with a couple cubes of ice blended. I also do Decaf coffee with a Protein Powder. sugar free coffee syrups like caramel added in are good or extracts. I made a vanilla shake with maple extract the other day that was good.
