Amethyst Acinom 72 Posted March 13, 2017 I know my calorie is already low but in a few days I had lost 6 pounds and in one weeks I lost 12lbs.Now it's been another week and I haven't lost a single pound. kimberb 323 Posted March 15, 2017 Just went through my first stall. Yes it is normal. It's still upsetting. You need to look at the whole picture in two weeks you lost 18#'s. Heck I'm 5 weeks out and I've lost 19 total. Keep doing everything required for your plan. If your following that then you are doing all you can do. The rest is up to your body.
