My starting weight was 289.7LBS
After the 10 day liquid diet I lost 30LBS dropping to 258.7LBS Pre-surgery.
Today I weigh 144.4LBS.
I used to be a 3XX now I fit into a Small
I wear tactical clothing due to work, so I used to fit in a 48 in MEN, very snug btw. Now I'm using a 30 and it's fitting me very loose.
I feel unstoppable! I practice Brazilian JiuJitsu for workouts twice a week [emoji846]
