I am 11 weeks post op and I am SO tired and am at like I am always hungry. I walk 2-4 miles a day and have only lost thirty pounds since surgery. I get plenty of fluids mostly Water and Decaf unsweet. I don't notice the weight loss but I know my clothes are loser and I HATE looking in the mirror because I swear my skin is looser. I know I will have loose skin but I never thought I would detest looking at myself.

Am I doing something wrong?

Yea, but t I don't think I am meeting my quota. I am so sick of meat and yogurt lol and I can't do the shakes they are so nasty I want to gag just thinking about them. I general practitioner did blood work and I was low in Vitamin D and everything was good so I am not sure what is wrong.

I didn't start meeting my quota until this month. i just found a good Protein Shake a GNC. its called total lean. i'll post a pic when i get to my phone. it doesn't have a chalky taste,

I was unable to stomach the shakes so I have switched to Atkins Lift Protein Drinks and they go down much better. I'm drinking two a day to boost my Protein intake, I am getting about 100 grams a day and find myself to be much less tired. Also my NUT had my up my calories because I was under eating.

LOVE THOSE MSSHORTY ! Those are also my favorite snickerdoodle. I buy cases at a time because it's a limited edition.
