sxynana 44 Posted March 16, 2017 You look great! I had surgery Oct 3 in Mexico with Dr. Cabrera (awesome), just over 5 mths ago. My starting wt: 350 CW: 227 I am 5ft3. I have alot of loose skin and am trying to keep extra hydrated to help with that. I do 30 min cardio and 40 min resistance bands. YOU LOOK AWESOME. I also am curious as to what exercises you are doing and other things to skin looking good.[emoji109][emoji109][emoji122][emoji122][emoji122] 3 vannababyy22, jdown and dvmp61 reacted to this

I'm so happy for you, you'll do great! I definitely plan on working out often. I lost 110lbs before with just diet and exercise, but I just don't feel like I can do it again on my own. What kind of workouts do you do? I used to do 45min cardio and weights alternating arms and legs each day. 1 dvmp61 reacted to this
aloha_adee 3 Posted March 17, 2017 This is so awesome! Congrats! And thanks for the motivation:) I feel like I'm looking into my future! I had the sleeve done 1/31/17 and just had my 2nd post op follow up Appt and I'm down 33lbs since surgery putting me at 53lbs overall in about two months. I'm a polynesian dancer so I do hardcore cardio workouts with my team two hours twice a week and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. You look fantastic!!! 3 vannababyy22, dvmp61 and jdown reacted to this

qwurzer 4 Posted March 27, 2017 You look great! I'm scheduled for 2 weeks from tomorrow. What type of exercise are you doing? I plan on spinning for my cardio, but the nearest gym I have is an hour away and so the strength training is what I'm concerned about. Any suggestions and what do you do for strength training? 2 vannababyy22 and dvmp61 reacted to this

I take 10 pound weights and do all different types of arm workouts, squats and leg presses for my legs.. and much more. 2 dvmp61 and jdown reacted to this
