jenifreckles47 6 Posted March 12, 2017 I am 3 days out from lap removal and conversion to gastric bypass. I can't tell when I am full, but feel pressure in middle of my back. Can that be fullness or will it be in middle of my chest? Also, think I have some heartburn. Does that mean I am eating too much? I haven't been able to eat and drink what I am suppose to so far! I don't feel nauseated, but don't want to do anything wrong. Please advise! Also, can I take some maalox?
Daenerys Targaryen 109 Posted March 12, 2017 You won't feel "full" for several months after some healing has occurred. At 3 days out just keep taking tiny sips of Fluid. When you progress to puréed food and such, measure everything and just eat that portioned amount. 1 jenifreckles47 reacted to this
Mickie0130 61 Posted March 12, 2017 That's fullness. Some feel it in the chest..some in the back. I was warned it could be either or both. Sometimes I get an intense squeezing feeling. Just take those small sips and you'll be fine. It gets better. [emoji846] 1 jenifreckles47 reacted to this
