What should I look for in a store bought broth? ? I don't want to get the wrong thing or something with ingredients that I can't have..

It all pretty much tastes awful I'm sorry to tell you! I tried and tossed many. The chicken stock ones in a box were probably the most tolerable. The low sodium ones are particularly icky.

Wal-Mart sells Sam's Choice Bone Broth. I use it cook green Beans post-op, but it is much better than anything else I found when I was going through the liquid stages. Also, I used some powdered broth enhancers (they are located with the bouillon cubes at the grocery store). That made the broth much better.
