Greg B 9 Posted March 13, 2017 I had my gastric bypass on 02/28/17. I feel pretty good all things considered. I'm returning to work tomorrow, 03/13/17. I have already lost 20 additional pounds since my surgery and I feel great. Sure, tracking my food is an added job, and the foods I can eat are so limited, but hey....who cares! I feel great!!! It all gets better from here, right?! You ladies keep strong and keep posting! Make plans for what things in life you will do now that you CAN do them. Keep a journal of your WLS victories. Remember this is a marathon and not a sprint. Soon (if not already) people will take notice of your weight loss and will tell you how good you look. That will fuel the rest of your weight loss journey 2 shaylady08 and amyjane79 reacted to this
