Yep. Dumped a ton of fat cloths to neighbors and our local women's shelter as well as transitional units. Like many, I've kept a fat outfit and put it on, of which it falls right off of me. Makes me happy on days I'm frustrated. [emoji254]

I really need to do this. I'm 5 months post op and 90 pounds down. I've gone from a tight 22 to a comfortable 14misses (14 plus are way to big) though I did notice today they are getting loose. My closet is still filled with 22 pants and 2X shirts I couldn't' possibly wear. I've been buying a handful of items in my new sizes to rotate.

I haven't been able to shop for regular-sized clothes in decades, so I'm pretty excited about the prospect. I have no idea how I'll figure out what size to buy! I'm going to keep wearing my current wardrobe until it falls off me--I have so much weight to lose I don't want to spend any more money on clothes along the way than I can help. I'll keep a couple of things as reminders--but I can't wait to buy a new wardrobe!!

I LOOOOOVEEEE Overalls because you can wear them through about 6 Pant sizes because of the side buttons plus they keep you from displaying your Plumbers Crack. I buy Round House Brand they are American Made and Fit Well. I buy 2 New Pair every 2 Months. Heck I wear them everywhere even to the Club. This post has me thinking though and I believe I will clean out my Closet this weekend.

@EmEdge Just Do It they are so Comfortable and you can accessorize them easily to give them a little Bling. I have every Color they make and always get Compliments on them. My Favorite pair is probably my Railroad Style with the Blue & White Stripes. I have been lifting again so hopefully one day in 18 months or so I can make them look Fly at the Beach with the No Shirt look.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to pee when you're wearing those? [emoji23]

I can solve that Problem with a Shewee it actually looks like Fun for Y'all lol. I guess they do complicate matters for a woman but to me they are Awesome, I keep my wallet and phone in my Chest Pocket so they are Super Convenient.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
